The STella Indy
TWG Development once again collaborated with Bohlsen Group for a branding project centered around a new community in Indianapolis. The project commenced with the exploration of a general aesthetic concept and the imperative task of devising a fresh name for the community. Our creative efforts were anchored in the essence of Meridian Street and its celestial significance. Ultimately, TWG selected "The Stella Indy" from the array of options presented. We then proceeded to craft a comprehensive brand identity that encapsulated the celestial and contemporary lifestyle embodied by this new community.
The Logo
The Stella Indy logo draws inspiration from the elegance of Art Deco, a style synonymous with opulence and allure. Their aim is for their residents to experience the same sense of luxury.
Bohlsen Group also developed assets that encompassed an assortment of marketing materials and resources strategically developed to not only pique interest but also to convey the unique appeal and desirability of The Stella Indy as a place to call home.
The Deliverables
Branded Folder
This asset was developed to hold sales materials to be distributed to potential tenants.
Folder internal assets
These included a sheet that outlined the community amenities, a fee sheet, and a template for all of the different floor plans that were available.
Promotional Flyer
This owned asset was developed as an easy handout for promotional opportunities for the community.
Business Card Template
This template was developed for TWG to be able to build out business cards as team members are hired for this community.
