Projects we worked with.
Super Bowl Village Concerts – Bohlsen Group was the agency of record for concerts in the Super Bowl Village. This super opportunity was a busy one, to say the least! We were hustling since before the holidays preparing for the official lineup announcement as well as pitching coverage for each of the performers to national, regional and local media. Each concert day was slammed with activities as we assisted with and managed the scheduling of interviews and media coverage.
IDADA Art Pavilion – Artistry extended off the field and into an Indianapolis landmark as IDADA presented Turf, a presentation of experiential art and design. Bohlsen Group publicized the venue and helped line up media tours of the old Indianapolis City Hall building before and after it was transformed into this eclectic installation exhibit. The pavilion was free and open to the public daily and hosted corporate parties and events at night.
Super Baskets of Hope – Baskets of Hope is a charity that has partnered with the NFL for years to send baskets of goodies to children’s hospitals. For this year’s big game, every NFL market took part simultaneously. Bohlsen Group was hired to enlist the support of celebrities around the country to tweet about the initiative. We secured support from Journey, Helio Castroneves, John Mellencamp, Bret Michaels, Darius Rucker & many more!
Indy Food Swappers Super Swap – Starting Jan. 24, Indy Food Swappers hosted a series of events leading up to a SUPER Swap on Jan. 28 with special guest Kate Payne, pioneer of the food swap movement and author of The Hip Girl’s Guide to Homemaking. Bohlsen Group helped Suzanne Krowiak, founder, promote all this swapping.
