Cindy (@cdashnaw) is our in-house writing guru, creating everything from proposals to press releases to communication plans. As a published author with more than 20 years of PR experience, Cindy does much of the writing for the firm and its clients, and helps establish PR strategy.
Prior to joining Bohlsen Group, Cindy freelanced for companies such as Avanade, Brainstorm, Harrison College, The Children’s Museum, Clarian Health Partners, the Center for Leadership Development, United Way of Central Indiana and others. Before that, she worked for the Riley Children’s Foundation and headed up the PR department for the Eiteljorg Museum.
She earned a bachelor of arts in journalism from IUPUI and has finished all of the course work for her master’s degree in PR from Ball State University. She has won awards for writing and public relations projects.
Cindy is married to a firefighter and has two teenagers, a cat, a dog and two gerbils. She loves to read and usually has at least one physical book and an audiobook in progress.
