Indy Jazz Fest sure to make a sweet sound

In conjunction with BohlsenPR, the 2011 Indy Jazz Fest released its lineup June 9. The 13th annual event will feature Grammy Award-winner George Benson, Yellowjackets, Spyro Gyra and other national and local artists. HOT ROD Power Tour visits Nashville

The 17th Annual HOT ROD Magazine Power Tour® presented by GM Performance Division started this past weekend in Florida and will finish in Detroit on June 10, visiting seven cities in seven days.

The automotive tour made its fourth stop in Nashville yesterday where fans were able to see the pages of HOT ROD Magazine come to life as thousands of performance vehicles from across the globe descended upon LP Field, more than one half billion dollars worth of chrome and automotive eye candy.

Over 4,500 participating cars and 65,000+ spectators are expected for the tour.

Meet our summer interns: Part two

Our introduction to our summer interns continues with part two. Meet another pair of talented students:

Lauren Cascio will be a senior at Purdue University this fall. She's studying public relations and advertising and is a native of Indianapolis.

Karen Woods is a Millikin University graduate with a degree in theatre and communication. She's happy to call Indianapolis home.
